Amen! Thanks for sharing that. Our suffering is not without purpose. I believe it was St. Theresa of Avila who said that, when we get to Heaven and see the purpose and rewards for our tribulations, our one “regret” will be not having suffered more.
This light, momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.
This is very similar to how I cured my overwhelming anxiety and depression. Great tips!

There is also Colossians 1:24, which may be the hardest part. (And not just because the verse is hard to fathom.)
